Necar was born on July 20, 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg in West Germany. Necar is of German heritage and obtained American citizenship. Necar rose to fame thanks to her successful acting career. While she's not particularly popular for it Necar is also an actress. Education and childhood Although she was both born within Germany the fact that she has Iranian parents suggest she also has Iranian heritage.
